Column Tools Privacy Policy

Column Tools is an add-on for Google Sheets. In order to interact with your Sheets documents, it requires your authorisation. No data (about you or from your spreadsheets) are collected or stored by the add-on. The add-on requires access to the following permissions:

Permission	Purpose
See, edit, create and delete your spreadsheets in Google Drive	This permission is required to change your spreadsheet as described in the add-on's description (e.g. sorting a range horizontally).
Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications	This permission is required to obtain extra information from you to perform the add-on's function (e.g. row number to sort by), or to confirm you wish to take a particular action.

Any spreadsheet data read, processed and/or modified by the add-on is done for the purposes of fulfilling the add-on's functionality. All functions of this add-on are performed on Google's Apps Script systems, and no data is collected, stored or shared.
